From Prenups and Modifications To Custody Disputes And Contempt Actions, Attorney Simonds Knows The Laws And Process

We know that family law matters can involve a wide range of issues including, but not limited to: alimony and child support, custody determinations and parenting plans, modification of child support, modifications and contempt actions, division of assets and liabilities, prenuptial agreements and complex financial, tax-related and insurance concerns.

Our firm's philosophy centers on the importance approaching each family law matter to meet each unique client’s goals and needs in a cost-efficient, thorough and effective manner. In certain circumstances that means mediating a case for a client. In other circumstances, that means litigating a matter — or a hybrid of litigation and mediation.

We emphasize thorough preparation and efficiency to control costs across our range of complete family law services. Our lawyers help people of all ages and circumstances make sound, fully informed decisions — and we know how to get things done in Suffolk County, Middlesex County, Essex County, Norfolk County and other Massachusetts courts.
