Attorney Talia Simonds has strong credentials and invaluable experience, including early career experience as a clerk for a judge in a New York Family Court and Supreme Court, Integrated Domestic Violence Session. She has played an instrumental role in developing a pilot project, pursuant to a federal grant through the Department of Revenue, to improve the processes required to modify child support. She has published many informative articles, Web forum posts and blog posts on a vast range of family law issues.


Attorney Simonds also serves on many boards relating to divorce and family law, including MAGAL (Massachusetts Association of Guardians ad Litem); the Massachusetts Chapter of AFCC (Association of Family and Conciliation Courts) and the Massachusetts Bar Association Family Law Section Council.

Talia Simonds

Talia Simonds concentrates her practice in all areas of Family Law, including divorce, child custody and support, alimony, modification and contempt actions, paternity, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Talia is also a certified Category F Guardian ad Litem, Category V Parenting Coordinator, and divorce mediator.  Talia was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2008, but has experience working in the legal profession since the mid-1990’s, much of which has been in the area of Family Law.
